Terms & Conditions

By purchasing a ticket for ChorFest, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Artists appearing at ChorFest are contracted. If an artist is unable to perform, they will be replaced with an artist of a similar genre and standard. Changes to the line-up do not qualify for a refund.

ChorFest is held in front of Astley Hall within the grounds of Astley Park. There is no parking available for guests within Astley Park, including Blue Badge holders. There is no on-site drop-off or pick-up area and no vehicle access for guests within the park. The event area is approximately a 15-minute walk from town centre car parks and a 5-minute walk from the Astley Village entrance.

ChorFest is an open-air event held on natural grassed ground, which is uneven and may become slippery in wet weather. Attendees enter the event area at their own risk and are advised to wear suitable footwear.

Drinks are not permitted to be brought into the event area. Sealed or empty water bottles are allowed.

A range of food and drink vendors will be available on site. Guests with allergies are advised to contact chorleyfestival@gmail.com in advance.

The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, abusive, intoxicated, or otherwise inappropriate. In such circumstances, no refund will be given.

No dogs or animals are permitted at ChorFest, with the exception of registered assistance or guide dogs.

Photography and video recording will take place at ChorFest. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed and/or filmed, and to the use of these images and recordings by the organisers for promotional purposes, including on social media, websites, and press materials.
