  • Q – Is this a family event?

  • A – Yes this is a family event

  • Q - Will ChorFest be under cover?

  • A - The ChorFest stage will be under a marquee in the middle of Astley Park, Chorley, but the bars and food will not be under cover.

  • Q - Is there seating available?

  • A – There is limited seating outside of the marquee that cannot be reserved.  You may bring your own 'fold-up' chairs but they will only be able to be used outside of the marquee, or within a restricted area in the marquee but away from the stage.

  • Q - Can I bring a table/tent?

  • A - No tables/tents will be allowed on site, but you can bring a picnic blanket.

  • Q – Is there car parking on site?

  • A - There is NO car parking on site.  There are a number of public car parks in Chorley town centre.  These car parks are a small walk away from the event site.   Unfortunately there is NO BLUE BADGE Holder car parking on site.

  • Q – Can I bring my own food and drink?

  • A - There will be a number of food and drink vendors on site throughout the weekend. No liquids will be allowed into the Event Site.  There will be drinking water available within the festival area, so feel to bring your refillable water bottles. Please support the traders as they are supporting ChorFest 2024.

  • Q – Will there be bag checks?

  • A - There will be bag checks on arrival.  Please respect the volunteers and security.  They are helping to keep the event safe for all guests.  If you are bringing food onto site, this will take extra time at bag check.

  • Q – Are dogs allowed on site?

  • A - No Dogs will be allowed on the Event site, apart from Guide Dogs.

  • Q – What if I can no longer made the event?

  • A - Tickets are non-refundable / non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.  If the event is cancelled by the organisers full refunds will be given.  

  • Q - Do I get a refund if a artists is no longer appearing?

  • A - No refunds will be available.  If any artists cancel their appearance, but the ChorFest will work to replace the artists with a similar genre of artists.

  • Q – Can under 16’s come on their own

  • A - ALL 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult 18 and over.

  • Q – Will I need to bring ID?

  • A - Bars will have a strict policy.  If you are lucky enough to look under 25 please bring appropriate ID.

  • Q – Can I pay with cash?

  • A - Preferred method of payments will be by card, but cash payments will be accepted

  • Q - Do you provide tickets for carers?

  • A - Yes, once you have purchased tickets for the guests please email chorleyfestival.gmail.com who how many carers tickets are required

  • The event organisers have the right to not allow ANY GUESTS access to the Event Arena, if they see this appropriate.
